What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. This site has no user accounts and does not require you to log in to read anything. Information is collected when you:
- Submit the contact form, the investor/partner access request form, the careers application form, the biomass data-pack request, or the Insights newsletter sign-up.
- Email us directly.
Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, organisation, job context, and whatever you write in a free-text message or CV.
What we don't collect
This site does not use third-party advertising trackers, does not run analytics that builds an advertising profile of you, and does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone. The only thing stored in your browser without being asked is your light/dark theme preference, kept locally on your device — it is never transmitted to us.
How we use it
Information submitted through a form is used only to:
- Respond to your enquiry, request, or application.
- Route investor and partner access requests to the right person for review.
- Send the Insights digest, if you specifically subscribed to it — you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not share it with third parties except where legally required, or where you explicitly ask us to (for example, if a formal partnership requires it).
Where it's stored
Form submissions are currently processed via email. Reasonable technical and organisational precautions are taken to protect information in transit and at rest, but no method of electronic storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete or anonymise it when it's no longer needed for that purpose, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to contact@biovikas.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored using your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly.
