This is not a software startup with a sustainability narrative attached. We build physical process equipment, run biology at industrial scale, and answer to thermodynamics.
We are an early-stage, founder-funded company moving a validated design into physical pilot operation. That means small team, wide scope, and genuine uncertainty — alongside the chance to shape a platform from its first industrial run.
Work spans our Bengaluru base and pilot operations at our institutional partner facility in southern India. If you need a large team, settled processes and a fixed remit, this will frustrate you. If you want your decisions to visibly change what the plant does, it will not.
Roles below are opening alongside pilot commissioning. If the timing is not exact, we would still like to hear from strong candidates early.
You have run continuous processing equipment for years and know what a line sounds like when it is about to go wrong. You will own hands-on operation of the pilot reactor and translate tacit process experience into repeatable operating procedure.
Ideal background: 10+ years in continuous process operations — food, polymer or chemical processing. Formal qualifications matter less than demonstrated hands-on judgement.
Apply for this role →You bridge industrial process physics and analytical chemistry — running HPLC and related characterisation, owning sampling protocol, and acting as our liaison with institutional partners on quality control and regulatory documentation.
Ideal background: M.Tech or PhD in food technology, biochemistry, biotechnology or chemical engineering. Experience with carbohydrate analysis is a strong advantage.
